How the process works.
Browse Homes
Review available rental homes and basic property information.
Pre-Screen
Prospective residents complete the TurboTenant pre-screen before moving forward.
Apply
All adults over 18 who will occupy the property must complete the rental application.
Credit & Background
Credit, background, eviction history, and other screening information may be reviewed.
Verify Income & References
Income, employment, rental history, and references may be verified.
Lease & Move-In
If approved, lease signing, deposits, and move-in details are coordinated before occupancy.
