All Adult Occupants Must Apply
All adults over the age of 18 who will occupy the property must complete the application process.
Credit Score
A minimum credit score of 620 is generally required.
Income Requirement
Applicants should show income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
Verifiable Income
Income must be verifiable.
Eviction / Judgments
No prior evictions and no unpaid landlord judgments.
Criminal History Review
A criminal conviction may result in denial based on nature, severity, recency, or legitimate safety/property risk.
